SyncVW is a remote monitoring application developed by Synciologix for industrial and IoT use cases — including power plants, solar installations, and remote sensor networks. This Privacy Policy explains what information the application accesses, uses, and handles when you use it.

SyncVW acts as a secure shell that loads the Synciologix IoT monitoring dashboard hosted on Synciologix's secured cloud infrastructure. All monitoring data, sensor readings, device status, and user account management are handled entirely by the Synciologix platform — not by the mobile app itself.
Any data you see in the app (energy readings, device logs, graphs, reports) is retrieved live from the Synciologix server over a secure HTTPS connection. Basic customer information (such as name, organization, and contact details) is collected by Synciologix at the time of product purchase and is used solely to provision your monitoring account. This information is not collected or processed by the mobile application.
The app requests the following Android permissions, each strictly necessary for core functionality:
MediaStore API without requiring storage permissions.
No permissions are used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the above.
The app allows you to download data reports (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF files) generated by the Synciologix monitoring platform. These files are saved directly to your device's public Downloads folder. They are never uploaded to any third-party service by this application.
The app does not retain any cache or web storage after you close the app — all cached data is automatically cleared on exit.
The application connects exclusively to the Synciologix IoT Platform — Synciologix's secured cloud infrastructure — which powers all monitoring features including live sensor data, device management, and report generation.
The app does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics), social media platforms, or data brokers.
All communication between the app and the Synciologix server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication, session management, and data access control are handled server-side by the Synciologix platform. We strongly encourage users to use strong, unique passwords for their Synciologix accounts.
SyncVW is designed exclusively for industrial and professional users managing power plants, solar systems, or IoT sensor networks. It is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.
